A 15-year veteran of the music industry, Chad Wiseman has humble roots. To the lifelong musician, who grew up in a family of deeply musical Newfoundlanders, a job in music was the dream career. Then, in 1999, Wiseman landed an internship at TVT Records, one of the largest wholly-owned independent record labels in North America. Within five years, Wiseman rose to Director of Marketing where he reported directly to TVT’s President. From there, Wiseman ran the marketing teams for indie music distributor, Fontana North and famed Canadian label Arts & Crafts, and launched New Prey Marketing, an entertainment marketing consultancy which offered a variety of services from street teams and niche campus marketing, to complete project management for artists, labels or brands.
All these roads led to Wiseman Creative. At Wiseman Creative, Chad creates communities with his collaborators – building customized experiences fueled by, among other things, music, art, and food. Tapping into his vast network of creatives across multiple disciplines, Chad now produces, builds, and programs entertainment, art, and culinary experiences that are shaped in the spirit of each collaborator’s brand.
